The Singpore 2010 friendship camp (SFC) is a special part of the Singapore 2010 Youth Olympic Games with the goal of promoting the Olympic values among participants and providing them with a unique experience and the opportunity to form life-long friendships. The SFC is organised by Ministry of Educations, Singapore, in partnership with the Singapore Youth Olympic Games Orgnising Committee and the Singapore Sports School. This handbook aims to give the participants of the camp a broad overview of the SFC, as well as provide important information that would help them have a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable camp.
