This manual has been prepared by the Athens 2004 Organizing Committee for the Olympic and Paralympic Games to assist the broadcasters in preparing and completing the accreditation process for their delegation members. All broadcasters participating in the Olympic Games Athens 2004 must undertake these processes in order to obtain the Olympic identity and accreditation cards (OIACs) for their delegates.
