This research examined how job characteristics affect employee satisfaction through the perceived Organizational Identification (OID) of the Organizing Committee for the Olympic Games (OCOG) employees. By conducting structural equation modeling and bootstrapping, the proposed model was tested with a sample of 280 full-time employees from the 2018 PyeongChang OCOG.
